Worker Membership

Worker membership of VWAA will give members access to all restricted areas of the Association’s web site, enabling them to seek employment, training and information about important issues in viticulture.

Membership will also allow the VWAA to provide members advice on workers’ compensation, the national pay award and other important matters as they arise.

It is also the intention of the Association to be able to supply a member with a worker’s accreditation document which is currently being designed for approval.

Being a member will provide the benefit of belonging to the only organisation representing vineyard workers in Australia while being part of the exciting future in the nation’s wine production.

The VWAA is focused on looking after workers’ rights by lobbying regulatory bodies for positive reforms to the industry that benefit employee and employer.

Corporate Membership

Corporate membership will provide all the above benefits including access to a more professional and well trained workforce via our employment section of the site.

This will allow wineyard operators to advertise for casual and full-time workers, free of charge, all year round.

It will allow the corporate member to influence the direction the association takes by working together in partnership for the benefit of all involved.

Donations

Any person, organisation or group wishing to make a donation to the Vineyard Workers Association of Australia will be able to claim a tax benefit and also receive the appropriate recognition, on this web site and in media coverage, if desired.

Corporate = $50 pa

Worker (voting rights) = $50 pa

Worker = $25 pa
